TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A deposit of $1000 per person is required eight weeks in advance. Full payment is due by six weeks in advance. 

We accept payment by check, paypal or bank transfers. Reservations are not accepted without a deposit. 

Pilgrims au Pain reserves the right to withdraw or modify our courses at any time. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the course booked, we will return all monies paid or offer an alternative course.

CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation less than two months before class start date, the initial deposit will not be reimbursed. In case of cancellation less than one month before departure, the full amount is retained. Any guest who has paid in full and must cancel, may either attend another class or may transfer the reservation to another person. The purchase of adequate travel and holiday insurance is strongly advised.

LIMITATION:  
In consideration of the fees paid:  The guest assumes all risks incident to travel and transportation and your stay with us.  We are not responsible and have no liability for accidents, loss or damage from any cause.  While service providers and others we arrange will provide reliable services, they are independent contractors and we are not responsible for accidents, loss or damage while they serve you or you are with them.  We reserve the right to cancel any arrangements and shall return to guest all monies paid if the arrangements are completely cancelled, or if partially cancelled, a proportionate part.  Under such circumstances, we shall have no further liability for any damages or compensation of any kind.
